Tharwal Aboriginal Corporation Aboriginal Medical Service Celebrate 100% Completion

18 Graduates from Barringtons Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

At a June graduation ceremony, 18 people completed the Barringtons-run Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course at ACAMS's premises in Airds. The graduates included Supervisors, Managers and Members of the Board.

There was a 100% completion rate thanks to the commitment of Barringtons trainer, Elizabeth Ellis. She went to the extent of providing one on one assistance outside of the normal classroom sessions to assist students towards completion.

There was great feedback on the course and validation of practices being followed by the organisation. The CEO, Darryl C Wright was present at the graduation and presented the certificates.

On the day, Liz did a wonderful job reflecting on the outcome of all students graduating as well as the relationship she had developed with them over the duration of the course.

Congratulations to all the graduates.
