Success Stories from Barringtons ClubsNSW Job Ready Program

Mark Stevenson - Trained: Wests Tradies August 2016 - Working: Blacktown Workers Club

I started working at Blacktown Workers Club in September last year, straight after finishing the Job Ready program.

I am employed Part Time as a Concierge at the Club, and work from between 30 to 40 hours per week.

The Job Ready Program really worked for me. The fact that Barringtons were able to put my resume forward directly to the club meant it worked out for me perfectly.

I went from the course to working at the club within a few weeks. I hadn’t done any work in Hospitality for “years and years and years.”

I am very appreciative of the program and the team at Barringtons for helping me get past the first stage of handing in a resume and straight to an interview.
